The Cyclone Dust Collector is designed specifically for the dust and easy impurities collection during the grain cleaning. This product utilizes a long cone design and has a mechanical separator that uses centrifugal force to remove dust particulates from the grain processing production, thereby enaveling effecient material separation. Dusty air enters the cyclone and the dust particles travel around the inner wall of the cyclone as the particles lose their velocity, they drop lower in the cyclone until they drop into the receptical below. Often used as pre-filters, the cyclone removes the majority of the dust particulate, leaving only the very fine dust to be handled by filters, if the work burden is the amount of dust is minimal, a cyclone dust collector would suffice.
