How the stone removal machine works

Use and working principle of stone removing machine:

1 ､ consists of a feed suction device, a storage hopper, a suction hood, a screen body, an eccentric drive, a vibration mechanism, a frame and the like.

2 ､ The stone removing machine uses the physical properties of different specific gravity and the suspension speed of grain and side-by-side stones to promote the classification of grain and side-by-side stones through the airflow effect flowing through the grain particle gap.

3 ､ Under the action of the stone sieve, it moves towards the end of the stone, and the grain floating on the upper layer flows to the end of the material under its own weight, so that the stone and the grain are separated side by side. This equipment is mainly used to remove stones from rice, wheat and corn after cleaning.

4 ､ The use of dual motor vibration has the advantages of high productivity, good stone removal effect, low energy consumption, no dust, low noise, and stable operation.

The stone removing machine is mainly used for grain processing. It separates impurities from wheat and rice that have a higher specific gravity than grains, such as side-by-side stones.
