The Indented Cylinder is used for length separation of all granular materials  such  as  fine   seeds,wheat  oats.For  sunflower   seeds,it also   separates   stalks    and   unwanted    long   or    short   product impurities.The cylinder machine utilizes a main drive with conveyor shaft and cylinder as the only  moving  parts.The  diameter size of the indent pockets on the inside surface of the cylinder determines the  length  of  the  material  lifted.Any  material  equal  to  or  smaller than the indent pockets will be lifted and dropped into the receiving trough.The screw conveyor transports the material from the trough to an external outlet.The remaining larger material is taken to the discharge  spout  by  inclined  rotation,indent  cylinders  are  available in many sizes to suit a wide range of separation requirements,and also  variation   in  separation   performance  can   be  achieved   by cylinder  speed,a   different  range  of  trough  angles  and   retarder  control for grain depth.This ingenious design ensures a clean and accurate separation,enhancing the overall quality and consistency of the final product,and maximizing profitability in a wide range of agricultural  applications.
