The  5XF-2000  Air-screen  Cleaner  is  a  multi-purpose  machine with a pre-cleaning and sorting unit for mainly commercial crops.

The operation of the machine is divided into two parts.In the first screening  system  with  gravity  separator,the   raw  materials  fall onto the screen,then blight seeds are thrown onto the eccentric shaft  generated  by  the  positive  air  pressure.Desired  materials and larger impurities are moved forward to the top of the screen. Larger   impurities   are   discharged   from   the   outlet.Undersized contaminants and soil  in  materials fall  by the  next screen,while the desired materials continue to move forward.Finally,all of the good  materials  are  sorted  into  specific  sizes,i.e.large,medium and  small  sizes  by  grading  screens.The  cleaning  system  has elastic   balls   moving   for    preventing    screen   blockages.This product is the most sensitive screening and cleaning equipment with    gravity    separator    and    vibrating     grader.Moreover,this product is equipped with its own for transferring materials to the air screen cleaner,the  materials are  passed through the  screen and cyclone that are attached to the elevator.
