The Double-layer Grader is independently developed by the company,and is mainly used for sizing the different sizes    of     seeds,kernels,nuts,beans,etc.This     machine is  specifically  engineered  to  facilitate  the  separation  of grading prior to seeds shelling,or to clean products after the  color  sorting  for  final   quality  control.Products  fed into  the  sorting  chamber  are  subjected  to  a  screening process  driven   by  an  eccentric  system.Rubber   balls located  under the  screen  ensure that the  holes  remain unclogged,thereby      increasing      efficiency.With      the integration  of  six   screens  and  the  output  from  these screens,a total of three sized products can be achieved, ensuring    an    extensive    sorting    solution.Customized sieve  of  meshes  and  construction  materials  give  the grader  a  wide  range  of  applications  and  high  grading capacity.An       optimal       design,efficient       screening operation   and   compact   structure    make   it   an   ideal grading  equipment.
