 The KTF3-1500 Sunflower Seeds Dehuller is an ideal product foruse in medium or small scale production plants, The highestperfect kernel rate and sufficient capacity of sunflower seeds areensured by professional bucket lift, systematic shellingprocedures, and well-constructed separating sieves assembly.The production process begins when raw materials are fed intothe centre of dehullers by bucket elevator, the seeds are thenaccelerated outward and collide with the static wall where the hullis cracked. The mixture of kernels, husks and unshelled productis discharged to a suspended separator for specific separatingthe husks, partially dehulled seeds, some unshelled seeds anddehulled kernels. At this stage, a cyclone removes hulls and dustby means of aspiration, followed by total separation of hulledkernels and unshulled seeds with three units of inclined vibratingscreens one after another, The unshelled seeds will be returnedto dehullers for re-hulling again, After passing through all of thestages, the finished product is ready and is deposited in thehopper. The product fits into a distribution cabinet that caneffectively control and adjust the equipment at run time.
