The  Gravity  De-Stoner  is  based  on  the  difference between the specific gravity of the material and airflow,which is able to efficiently separate stones,metals,glass and  other  high-density  impurities  in  the  grain.In  process, the  tilting  and  reciprocating  motion  of  the  screen  removes the stones to the stone outlet,due to the high specific gravity  of  the  impurities,which  are  less  affected  by  the  air stream.And  the  finished  materials  which  are  lighter  than the impurities,are suspended by the air stream and carried  towards  the  outlet.The  equipment  can  be adjusted  by vibration frequency  and air volume to achieve  efficient  separation  for  different  kinds  of materials such as seeds,beans,wheat,spices,etc.This model has a large processing capacity,high separation accuracy and is equipped with a dust cover,which can effectively protect the working environment and service life  of  downstream  equipment  in  the  production  line.
