Some of the contents of the current Chapter 10 of the Seed Law are as follows: Article 60 stipulates that no seed production license or seed business license has been obtained, or that a seed production license or seed business is forged, altered, sold, leased, or seeded. The revised draft of the Seed Law added administrative penalties for 19 kinds of seed violations, some of which are as follows:

Article 73 stipulates that when dealing with infringement cases of new plant variety rights, illegal income and seeds shall be confiscated; if the value of illegal production and operation is less than 10,000 yuan, a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan shall be imposed; More than 10,000 yuan, and the amount of goods is more than five times more than ten times fine.

Article 74 stipulates that for the production or management of fake seeds or counterfeit authorized varieties, if the value of the illegal production and operation is less than 10,000 yuan, a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan shall be imposed; the value of the goods shall be more than 10,000 yuan.
