How to carry out daily maintenance of polishing machine

Polishing machines, also known as grinders, are commonly used for mechanical grinding, polishing, and waxing. Its working principle is that the electric motor drives the sponge or wool polishing disc installed on the polishing machine to rotate at high speed. Due to the combination of polishing disc and polishing agent, as well as friction with the polished surface, paint contamination, oxidation layer, and shallow marks can be removed. Purpose. The rotation speed of the polishing disc is usually 1500-3000 r/min, mostly with continuously variable speed, which can be adjusted at any time during the construction process. The editor will introduce the daily maintenance of the polishing machine:

1. The polishing machine needs to be maintained and serviced by a dedicated person, and cleaned daily by blowing the entire equipment with filtered and purified compressed air to maintain cleanliness and extend the machine's lifespan.

2. Every time the polishing machine is turned on, it will idle for a few minutes. Lubricate in areas where friction and movement frequently occur

3. When operating and cleaning the polishing machine, the vacuum cleaner should be activated.

4. The automatic oil injection system is installed on the polishing machine: the automatic oil injection pump automatically injects lubricating oil into the equipment every time it is turned on. In addition, lubricating oil needs to be injected into the equipment again. The lubrication time can be set by oneself. For the setting method, please refer to the instructions on the automatic oil injection pump. Pay attention to checking whether there is enough lubricating oil in the automatic oil injection pump every week. If not, add oil to the automatic oil injection pump. The lubricating oil used is diluted lubricating oil. The amount of oil added can be increased to 3/4 of the fuel rack height.

5. Special attention should be paid to the automatic wax spraying device of the polishing machine:

a、 Fill the polishing jar with polishing wax to 2/3 of the wax jar.

b、 If the polishing machine is not used for a long time, it is necessary to automatically spray or clean with gas the wax left in the wax spray gun to prevent the wax left in the spray gun from solidifying and blocking the spray gun head.
