3) Amplitude and vibration frequency: Amplitude and vibration frequency are the main factors that affect the moving speed of the material on the working surface. Large amplitude, high frequency, fast material movement, and strong automatic sorting function are conducive to improving the separation efficiency and output of the sorter; but the amplitude is too large, the frequency is too high, the working surface is violently vibrated, the material is easy to jump, and the automatic material classification is damaged. Reduce separation efficiency. On the contrary, the slow movement of the material on the screen surface and the thickening of the material layer are not conducive to the automatic classification of the material, which not only affects the separation efficiency, but also affects the output of the equipment. (Vibration frequency can be adjusted by replacing the belt wheel of the stone cleaner, which is not easy to adjust)

4) Flow rate: The material on the surface of the screen of the stone remover should have a material layer with a certain thickness. The material layer is too thin, it is not easy to produce good automatic sorting, and it is easily blown away by the airflow. The airflow is unevenly distributed on the screen surface, which reduces the separation efficiency; the material layer is too thick, the air flow resistance increases, and the material is not completely filled. The chance of contact reduces the distance between the material and the surface of the sieve and reduces the separation efficiency.

5) Air speed: Generally, the average wind speed passing through the screen surface is 1.2-1.3m/s. If the wind speed is too low, it will reduce the air pressure on the material. The material is not easy to form a suspended or semi-suspended state on the screen surface, and the automatic classification ability of the material is poor, which reduces the separation efficiency. If the wind speed is too high, the material layer on the stone removal surface is easily blown through, and the air flow is unevenly distributed. The automatic classification of bad broken materials will also reduce the separation efficiency. (Small wind wheels can be replaced with larger wind wheels, and the wind will fall; smaller wind wheels can also be replaced according to their own circumstances, and the wind will increase).
