What is the function of the filter bag in the pulse dust collector?

The bag is a key part of the dust collector during operation. Usually, the cylindrical filter bag of the dust collector is directly hung on the dust collector, and the function of the filter bag separates the dust in the flue gas.

1. The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, or enters the filter bag chamber through the flange opening.

2. The dust-containing gas is filtered through the filter bag, enters the clean room in the form of purified gas, and then passes through the air outlet of the clean room and is discharged by the fan.

3. Dust accumulates on the outside of the filter bag and is constantly added to increase the resistance of the bag filter.

4. In order to make the resistance of the equipment not exceed 1200Pa, the bag filter can continue to run, and the dust on the filter bag must be removed in time.

5. Dust removal is performed by a pulse controller. It is recommended to use a pulse valve to make the compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) sprayed from the nozzle hole (called primary air) through the venturi tube of the dust removal frame cause the surrounding environment of the primary air several times.

6. Air (called secondary air) enters the filter bag and expands immediately. Under the reverse action of the airflow, it can blow away dust to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
