Pulse dust collector is a type of dust removal equipment with a high purification rate, and is therefore widely used in factories across various industries. So how much do you know about the filter bag function of this dust collector?
Pulse dust collector is a filter with high purification efficiency, using a bag filter made of high-quality fiber fabric. It is an interesting dust removal device used to collect solid particles in dusty gases. The principle of action is that due to the inertial force and collision of fibers, dust particles around the filter cloth fibers are blocked.
What is the function of the filter bag in the pulse dust collector?
This bag is a crucial part of the dust collector during operation. Typically, the cylindrical filter bag of the dust collector is directly suspended from the dust collector, and the function of the filter bag is to separate the dust in the flue gas.
1. The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through the flange opening.
2. The dusty gas is filtered through a filter bag to enter the clean room in the form of purified gas, and then discharged through the exhaust outlet of the clean room and by a fan.
3. Dust accumulates on the outside of the filter bag and is continuously added to increase the resistance of the bag filter.
4. In order to ensure that the resistance of the equipment does not exceed 1200Pa, the bag filter can continue to operate and the dust on the filter bag must be promptly removed.
5. Dust removal is carried out by a pulse controller, and it is recommended to use a pulse valve to make the compressed air (0.5-0.7 MPa) sprayed from the nozzle hole (referred to as primary air) through the Venturi tube of the dust removal frame cause several times the surrounding environment of the primary air.
6. Air (known as secondary air) enters the filter bag and immediately expands rapidly. Under the reverse action of the airflow, it can blow away dust and achieve the purpose of dust removal.
The above is an introduction to the role of filter bags in pulse dust collectors. We hope it is helpful to everyone. If you need a dust collector, please feel free to consult us. See you in the next issue!
