1. The bottom plate of the bucket elevator base collides with the chain bucket to adjust the tension of the base and tighten the chain.

2. Release the keys of the drive shaft and driven shaft, the sprocket shifts, and the sprocket bucket collides with the housing. Adjust the position of the sprocket and tighten the key.

3. The guide plate collides with the chain bucket to adjust the position of the guide plate.

4. There is material sandwiched between the guide plate and the sprocket bucket, which increases the amount of material thrown into the bottom corner of the machine.

5. Bearing failure, unable to operate flexibly, bearings should be replaced.

6. Material blocks or other foreign objects get stuck in the chassis frame, and then stop to remove the foreign objects.

7. The tooth profile of the sprocket (gearbox, driven sprocket) is incorrect. Please correct the tooth profile of the sprocket or replace it.

8. Remove the difference between the teeth of the gear sprocket and the chain, and correct the gear shape of the gear sprocket.

9. Drive the chain to idle and adjust the length of the chain.

10. The installation of the casing is incorrect. Please adjust the verticality of the entire length of the casing.
