2. After installing the box, bag chamber, air inlet and outlet, ash hopper, etc., all connections should be sealed and airtight. Welding and sealing are required, and fixed welded components and components connected to fasteners should be sealed with gaskets. Tighten all fasteners. If there is local air leakage, please use silicone or epoxy resin to prevent air leakage and rain. Sealing quality is an important factor affecting normal operation and service life, and the air leakage rate should be less than 3%.

3. When installing air circuit components, the main air pipeline is manufactured separately in the factory. As long as they are assembled on-site, the control air pipeline (connected to the platter drum) should be installed in appropriate positions, such as the discharge port, sleeve buckle, etc., and all pipelines need to be cleaned. If the item is small, all connections should be filled with sealing material and there should be no air leakage after pressure testing.

4. In all installations, the installation of bag cages and filter bags is a serious and arduous task. Therefore, even if there are small scratches during future installation, the filter bag should not collide with hard objects or scratches to shorten the life of the dust filter bag. The method of installing the filter bag is to first place the dust removal bag from the flower plate hole of the box into the bag space, then press the spring ring at the top of the bag mouth into a concave shape, insert it into the flower hole plate of the box, and then put the spring ring back in place. Press it firmly around the flower hole, then carefully insert the bag cage into the top cover of the bag cage from the bag opening, and truly press down on the flower plate hole in the box. To prevent stepping on the filter bag, a dust removal frame should be installed every time the filter bag is installed, including the filter bag, dust removal bag cage, and perforated plate.

5. After installing the bag cage on the pulse dust collector, ensure that the grounding wire, bag cage, and flower board on the filter bag are in close contact.
