This machine has high requirements for use and maintenance, and even a slight negligence can affect the quality of seed selection. The maintenance points of the duplex cleaning machine are as follows:
1. The selected machine should be operated indoors, and the machine parking area should be flat and sturdy. The parking location should be considered for easy dust removal.
2. If conditions are not limited, when working outdoors, the machine should be parked in a sheltered area and placed in the downwind direction to increase the impact of wind on the selection effect. When the wind speed exceeds level 3, consider installing a wind deflector.
3. When changing seeds, be sure to clean the remaining seeds in the machine and keep it running for 5-10 minutes. At the same time, switch the front and rear volume control handles several times to clear the residue in the front, middle, rear, and accumulation chambers.
