This machine has high requirements for use and maintenance, and even a slight negligence can affect the quality of seed selection. The following are the key points for the use and maintenance of this machine:

1. The selection machine operates indoors, and the machine parking location should be flat and solid, with consideration given to convenient dust removal.

2. If conditions are limited and it is necessary to work outdoors, one should find a sheltered place to park the machine and place it downwind to reduce the impact of wind on the selection effect. When the wind speed exceeds level 3, the installation of wind barriers should be considered.

3. When changing varieties, it is necessary to clean up the remaining seeds and impurities in the machine, and continue to operate the machine for 5-10 minutes. At the same time, switch the front and rear adjustment handles several times to eliminate the remaining seeds and impurities in the front, middle, rear chambers and sedimentation chambers. After confirming that there are no seeds or impurities flowing out of the several sedimentation chambers, the machine can be stopped. First, clean the seeds and impurities on the upper screening surface to the impurity discharge groove, then remove the upper screening surface and clean the lower screening.

4. Before each assignment, check whether the fastening screws of each part are loose, whether they rotate flexibly, whether there are any abnormal sounds, and whether the tension of the transmission tape is appropriate.

5. Add oil to the lubrication point.

6. After each assignment, cleaning and inspection should be carried out, and faults should be promptly eliminated.
