1. When lifting the pulse dust collector, attention should be paid to preventing deformation. When the equipment leaves the factory, key parts are welded with lifting ears. Please use lifting ears for lifting.
2. After the installation of the pulse dust collector box, bag chamber, air inlet and outlet, ash hopper, etc., all connections should be sealed tightly. For those that require welding sealing, firm welding, and connection with fasteners, gaskets should be added for sealing. Tighten all fasteners. Local air leakage, block the leakage and rain with silicone or epoxy resin. The sealing quality of pulse dust collectors is an important factor affecting their normal operation and lifespan. The dust collector requires an air leakage rate of less than 3%.
3. When assembling the air circuit, the main air pipe has already been separately manufactured in the factory. As long as it is assembled on site and the control air pipe (connected to the lifting oil cylinder) is installed on site, all pipelines need to be cleaned, including the following materials and fasteners. If there are any debris, all joints should be filled with sealing material, and there should be no air leakage after pressure testing.
4. The installation of the bag cage and filter bag is a meticulous and thoughtful task in all installations, so it needs to be installed afterwards. During installation, the filter bag must not collide or scratch with hard objects, even small scratches can shorten the service life of the dust filter bag. The method of installing the filter bag is to first place the dust removal bag into the bag chamber through the flower plate hole of the box body, then pinch the spring coil on the upper part of the bag mouth into a concave shape, insert it into the flower plate of the box body, and then restore the spring coil. Press it tightly onto the circumference of the flower hole, then gently insert it into the bag cage from the opening until the top cover of the bag cage is truly pressed onto the flower plate hole of the box. In order to prevent the filter bag from being stepped on, a dust removal frame, filter bag, dust collection bag cage, and perforated plate need to be installed every time the filter bag is installed.
5. After installing the bag cage on the pulse bag filter of the coal mill windbox, a pressure plate should be installed to ensure that the grounding wire, bag cage, and flower plate on the filter bag are in close contact. The door on the pulse bag filter of the coal mill windbox has been adjusted before leaving the factory and does not need to be adjusted during installation.
