3、 When the belt slips, the belt slipping problem of the hammer tensioning belt conveyor can be solved by adding counterweight to the belt conveyor of the hammer tensioning device until the belt does not slip. However, too much should not be added to avoid unnecessary excessive tension on the belt, which will reduce the service life of the belt.

In order to reduce the above-mentioned belt slip phenomenon of mechanical equipment in the subsequent mechanical operation, maintenance shall be carried out after the grain lifting equipment is shut down after use.

1. If the temperature of the bearing housing is found to be high, add lubricating oil (such as grease).
