Kazakhstan customer repurchases supporting equipment for shelling line

Yongming Machinery provides mechanical equipment for shelling, matching, screening, and deep processing of large and medium-sized agricultural products, and is also a supplier and manufacturer of supporting spare parts.

Our old customer in Kazakhstan has purchased supporting equipment such as elevators and packers from our company on the basis of the original shelling production line.

Vertical hoist is one of the equipment for vertically lifting materials. This machine is suitable for lifting granular materials such as grains, seeds, fertilizers, etc. The vertical hoist consists of a belt and multiple sets of components, with rollers installed at the top and bottom of the equipment.

Electronic quantitative scale is a device that can achieve automatic quantitative, automatic weighing, and automatic packaging. This device can pack 450-500 items per hour, which can reduce labor costs and accurately control packaging accuracy. 

According to the National Oilseed Processing Association of Kazakhstan, the vegetable oil production in Kazakhstan reached 292300 tons in the first six months of 2022/23.

The production of sunflower seed oil for the first six purposes of this year reached 229400 tons, an increase of 113% compared to the same period last year's 107600 tons.

The production of refined sunflower seed oil has significantly increased so far this year. Between September 2022 and February 2023, Kazakhstan's refined sunflower seed oil production reached 85375 tons, an increase of 22% year-on-year.

The order will be loaded and shipped from Yongming Machinery Factory, and these new equipment will bring higher economic benefits to the customer.
