Vertical hoist workflow

Vertical hoist is a device used for vertical transportation of materials, which can lift materials from low to high. A vertical hoist mainly consists of a hoist drum, a driving device, a guide rail, a hopper, etc. The workflow is as follows:

Preparation work: Firstly, it is necessary to connect the feeding port of the hoist drum to the feeding device and ensure that there is no material inside the drum.

Start operation: Start the power supply of the vertical hoist, and the driving device begins to operate. The driving device can be an electric motor or a hydraulic drive system. The driving device transmits power to the hoist drum through transmission devices such as belts, chains, etc.

Feed: At the feed inlet of the hoist drum, pour the material to be lifted into the hopper. The material slides from the hopper into the elevator drum.

Lifting process: The rotational force of the driving device causes the lifting drum to start rotating. During the rotation, the material is lifted to a higher position. During the lifting process, the guide rail plays a supporting role in the material, ensuring the safe lifting of the material.

Unloading: When the material reaches the desired position, stop the rotation of the driving device. At the same time as stopping rotation, the hopper will automatically open and materials will fall from the hopper. During the falling process, materials can be rectified through guide rails to ensure orderly arrangement of materials.

Circular operation: After completing one lifting and unloading, the vertical hoist can continue with the next lifting task. If there are continuous materials that need to be lifted, repeat the above steps.

It is worth noting that the workflow of vertical elevators may vary due to different designs and uses. Some vertical elevators may be equipped with automatic control devices, which can be lifted according to the needs of materials, improving work efficiency and accuracy. At the same time, some vertical elevators may also have safety protection devices, such as devices to prevent material overflow or blockage, to ensure smooth and safe operation.
