The 5XF-2000 Air-screen Cleaner is a multi-purpose machinewith a pre-cleaning and sorting unit for mainly com!ercial cropsThe operation of the machine is divided into two parts. in the firsrials falscreening system with gravity separator, theonto the screen, then blight seeds are teccentrishaft generated by the positive air pressure. Desired materialand larger impurities are moved forward to the topLarger impurities are discharged from thelersizecontaminants and soil in materials fall by the next screen, whilethe desired materials continue to move forward. Finally, all of thegood materials are sorted into specific sizes,i.e, large, mediunand small sizes by grading screenss. The cleaning system ha!elastic balls moving for preventing screen blockages. Thisproduct is the most sensitive screening and cleaning equipmenwith gravity separator and vibrating grader. Moreover, thisproduct is equipped with its own for transferring materials to theair screen cleaner, the materials are passed through the screerand cyclone that are attached to the elevator
