Powered by an eccentric system, the machine delivers stable vibratory screening. Rubber balls installed under the screens automatically prevent clogging, maintaining consistent screening efficiency and reducing manual maintenance costs. Equipped with 6 screens, it achieves 3 graded product outputs, providing a comprehensive sorting solution for different size requirements.

With customizable sieve meshes and construction materials, the grader adapts to diverse material characteristics and processing needs, ensuring precise sorting results. For sunflower seeds, it boasts a high capacity of 4000-6000 kg/h. Its direct drive shaft design enhances power, reduces energy consumption, and ensures stable large-scale continuous production.
