Chili pepper production line

This is our latest chili-selecting production line.  This production line is equipped with our company’s latest fully intelligent PLC control system, which can realize one-button start and one-button shutdown.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The chili selecting production line is the latest production line developed by our company.  Its main function is to improve the quality of chilis through sorting and grading. First, there is our mesh conveyor, which separates a small amount of impurities and chili seeds during material transportation. Next is the chilis sorting machine, which separates the roots, stems, and branches that are attached to the chili peppers. The chili pepper sorting machine has four layers. After passing through the chili pepper sorting machine, the quality of the chili peppers is significantly improved. Then there is the chili pepper wind sorter, which uses the difference in suspension speed between chili peppers and impurities to remove impurities such as leaves and dust from the chili peppers with the help of wind power, further improving the quality of the chili peppers.  Finally, there is the chili pepper drum sieve. The chili peppers enter a drum composed of several diamond-shaped steel pipes through a conveyor. The chili peppers continuously roll and rotate in the drum, removing small dust and impurities hidden in the chili peppers. This production line has a reasonable design, large production capacity, strong practicality, good selection effect, and other characteristics.  It is currently the most ideal chili pepper sorting production line.
