Blow/draw type gravity separator

・ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION：

This Blow/Draw Type Gravity Separator is a practical solution for screening materials that are identical in physical characteristics (length, width, thickness and shape), but where there are finer differences in the specific gravity or weight from one to another. This product, most suitable for gravity separation of beans, seeds, grains, effectively removes straw, branches and leaves,  stone, worm-eaten (moth etc.) or imperfect seeds or grains. It utilizes blow and draw types specific gravity of positive and negative pressure to produce specific gravity segregation phenomenon under fluidization of graininess material. Through adjusting wind pressure and eccentric shaft, different proportion materials are classified i.e. large proportion materials sink down and smaller proportion drift upward, then different proportion finished products discharge from corresponding outlets while an extra outlet for stone dispatchment is also included. So, the equipment can meet the desired thousands seeds weight(TSW) and uniformity for different materials processed. The finest cooperation with relative pulse-jet bag filter dust collector is connected through axial flow fans. We recommend it in coordination with our other equipment for the best results.
