Axial fan

At this time, if the regulating damper of the small and large flow fan tries to balance the air volume, the other small flow fan will jump to the high flow operation. When the damper is automatically adjusted, the rotor blades or stationary blades of the fan are frequently opened and closed, and in severe cases, the fan motor may be overcurrent and burned out.


    The phenomenon of wind rush is due to the existence of large unstable working conditions in the parallel fan. The figure above shows the total performance curve of two axial fans with the same characteristics in parallel. There is a ∞-shaped area. If two fans are running in the pipeline system 1, the P1 point is the working point of the system, and each fan is stably operated at the E1 point. At this time, the wind rush phenomenon does not occur. If, for some reason, the resistance of the piping system changes to 2 (rise), for example, if the auxiliary damper suddenly closes significantly, the fan enters the U-shaped working area. Let's look at the work at point P2. The two fans work at E2a and E2 respectively. The large-flow fan works in the stable zone, and the small-flow fan works in the unstable zone.
