1、 Before removing the hoist, the operator must carefully check the surrounding area, remove obstacles, delimit the dangerous area, and set up fences or warning signs. When removing the hoist, special personnel shall be assigned for supervision. When dismantling the scaffold, it is forbidden to enter the dangerous area and observe the stability of the scaffold at any time.

2、 The demolition personnel must obey the management, closely cooperate with each other, strictly follow the disclosure sequence and safety measures, and pay special attention to the stability of the scaffold when removing the cable and wind rope.

3、 The person in charge of the construction site shall prepare the safety technical disclosure according to the degradation method, degradation sequence, used mechanical equipment and the specific situation of the construction site, and the contents to be disclosed shall be comprehensive and specific.

4、 After the completion of the construction site development, the person in charge of the site shall communicate with the team leader or all operators in written and oral form according to the rules, methods and sequence, to clarify the use of mechanical equipment, precautions and specific requirements of the site operation.

After the notice, it shall be handed over in written form (person in charge of the site and safety officer) and signed by (leader of the operation team). After the disclosure, the leader and all personnel of the operation team shall earnestly perform their duties and do the removal work in accordance with the disclosure rules.

5、 Before transportation, ropes, mechanical equipment, supports, etc. It can be used only after it is inspected and meets the requirements.

6、 When the lifting device is damaged, it is forbidden to throw objects from a high place. The removed members must be cleaned in time, placed in the specified position and stacked properly.

7、 When the winch is removed, the power supply must be removed first, and the air removal can only be carried out after the test.

8、 Before removing the wire rope or connecting rod, the temporary cable flange or bracket shall be adjusted first to ensure that the free height of the frame is not more than two standard sections.

9、 Before the hoist is removed from the top beam of the portal, the two columns must be stabilized to ensure the stability of each column.
