In this issue, I will follow the editor to learn about the operation precautions of the elevator. Let ’s enter the article to find out!

1. It is strictly forbidden to carry people on and off the hoist. Avoid standing when placing articles.

2. During the lifting process, no one is allowed to stand under the elevator, and the protective fence must be closed at any time.

3. When stopping, the bucket must be placed on the ground and not suspended in the air.

4. When lifting the cargo, first check whether the wire part is falling off or broken, and check whether the wire part passes when lifting the cargo. If so, stop immediately and find a solution.

5. place the object in the center or symmetrical position to avoid unstable focus, damage to the hoist, and even safety accidents.

6. When the hoist is placed on the floor, the wire part must not be moved for too long, so as not to become entangled in the next use.

7. If the hoist is not running, close the protective door.

8. If any abnormality is found in the hoisting machine, stop immediately. The button should be set with a prohibition sign, and the foreman should be notified immediately in order to cooperate with maintenance and re-use. After normal maintenance, pay special attention to:

1. In the past, the elevator was damaged because the lifting engine was turned over and the wire rope was entangled in the engine, which caused the engine or the wire rope to be damaged. Therefore, the operator must always pay attention to this product.

2. Identify up and down keys while driving. Do not open the wrong key. If the joystick is in poor contact or loose, it must be repaired immediately with the cooperation of the driver, and it can only be used after repair.
