1. When the belt conveyor is running, the dust removal system cannot be opened automatically. First check whether the electric control box is energized. If the power is on, check whether the proximity switch in the automatic start-stop system is working properly. If it works, the proximity switch indicator is displayed. Red indicates that the control signal is on. If damaged, it will not be displayed and should be replaced. Usually, the gap between the proximity switch and the iron has been adjusted after installation. If you do not replace the idler with different specifications, you do not need to adjust it again.

2. Adjust the closed rubber plate around the filter dust collector.

After running for a period of time, the surrounding closed rubber plate will wear to some extent. Symptoms are dust spills and severe material leaks. At this time, the closed rubber plate can be adjusted downward. If worn out, it needs to be replaced.

3. Adjust the soft dust curtain of the dust filter

After a period of operation, the soft dust curtains will wear out and usually do not need to be adjusted. When severe wear and dust leaks, loosen the two screws holding the soft curtain and adjust it downwards. If the dust effect is not achieved, it should be replaced. Generally, the soft curtain should be replaced after 3000 hours of operation to ensure the dust removal effect.

4.Adjustment of pressure reducing valve

Before adjusting the pressure reducing valve, drain the pipe pressure behind the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure gauge shows zero. After the pressure-reducing valve adjusting bolt returns to the high point in the counterclockwise direction, slowly rotate clockwise until the required working pressure is reached.
