Working principle of pulse dust collector

In this article, I will introduce in detail the working principles of the pulse dust collector. Let's look down together.

The working principle of pulse dust collector:

1. The pulse dust collector is an assembly type of sub-chamber structure. It is a bag dust collector (so-called off-line ash removal). Through the bag dust collector, the room top pulse valve pulses the air filter in each room with Air alternately separates boxes.

2. It is different from cleaning ordinary dust collectors. The spray pulse cleaning only sprays the cleaning of each row of filter bags in the same filter room (ie: online cleaning), and the other rows of filter bags. Filtration is still performed, and dust cleaning and filtration are performed simultaneously in a chamber. As a result, the dust under the dust will fly for a second time, and part of it will be collected by the adjacent filter bag, which is not conducive to the filtering of the gas with a large dust concentration.

3. The air box type pulse cloth bag dust collector is carried out under the condition that the indoor valve is closed and the filtering is stopped. The removed dust falls in the ash bag and does not cause dust to fly. This type of dust collector is based on a bag dust collector. The improved new type pulse precipitator combines the advantages of various pulse jet precipitators in the sub-chamber backflushing, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient dedusting intensity in the sub-chamber, uneven distribution of air inlets and outlets, and expands the scope of application.

4. Pulse dust collector refers to when the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, first encounters the swash plate and the baffle in the middle of the air inlet and the air outlet, the airflow is turned to the ash bucket, and the airflow speed is slowed down. speed. Due to inertia, the coarse particles in the smoke and dust flow directly into the ash hopper. It plays a role before dust removal. Then, the airflow entering the ashtray folds upward and passes through a filter bag with a metal frame. Dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean room in the upper part of the filter bag room and is collected. The exhaust vent is empty. In the process of purifying the dust-containing gas through the filter bag, as time increases, more and more dust is accumulated on the filter bag, thereby increasing the resistance of the filter bag and causing the amount of air to be processed to gradually decrease. In order to work properly, the resistance needs to be controlled within a certain range (140--170 mm water column). Once out of range, the filter bag must be cleaned. After cleaning the dust, the pulse control instrument will sequentially trigger each control valve to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is blown out by a blow pipe. Each hole is sprayed into each corresponding filter bag through a venturi tube, and the filter bag immediately expands rapidly, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag falls, and the filter bag returns to its original state. The cleared dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the car body through the ash discharge system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulsated to clean the ashes, so that the purified gas can pass through normally, and the operation of the dust removal system is ensured.

The above is what I want to share today. The company also produces various types of dust collectors such as bag dust collectors and cyclones. Customers are welcome to call the consultation ordering hotline to contact us. See you next time!
