General troubleshooting of filter cartridge dust collector:

1. When the belt conveyor is running, the dust removal system cannot automatically turn on. Firstly, check if the electrical control box is powered on. If the power is connected, please check if the proximity switch in the automatic start stop system is working properly. If working properly, the proximity switch indicator light will be displayed. Red indicates that the control signal has been turned on. If damaged, it will not display and should be replaced. Usually, the gap between the proximity switch and the iron has been adjusted after installation. If different specifications of idlers are not replaced, there is no need to adjust them again.

2. Adjust the sealing rubber plate around the filter element dust collector.

After running for a period of time, the surrounding sealing rubber plates will wear out to a certain extent. The symptoms are dust overflow and severe material leakage. At this point, the closed rubber plate can be adjusted downwards. If the wear is severe, it needs to be replaced.

3. Adjust the soft dust curtain of the dust filter

After running for a period of time, the dust curtain will wear out and usually does not need to be adjusted. When there is severe wear and dust leakage, the two screws that secure the soft curtain should be loosened and adjusted downwards. If the dust-proof effect is not achieved, it should be replaced. Usually, the soft curtain should be replaced after 3000 hours of operation to ensure dust removal effectiveness.

4. Adjustment of pressure reducing valve

Before adjusting the pressure reducing valve, the pressure in the pipeline behind the valve should be drained to make the pressure gauge display zero. After the adjusting bolt of the pressure reducing valve returns to the high point in the counterclockwise direction, slowly rotate it clockwise until the required working pressure is reached.
