How to solve the abnormal sound of bucket elevator

A bucket elevator is a continuous conveyor that uses a series of hoppers that are evenly fixed on a ring-shaped traction member to lift the material vertically. It has the significant advantages of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long service life, and is widely welcomed by people. 1. The bottom plate of the bucket elevator is in contact with the chain bucket, and the tensioning device of the base is adjusted to make the chain tension.

2. The keys of the drive shaft and the driven shaft are loose, the sprocket is shifted, and the sprocket bucket collides with the housing. Adjust the position of the sprocket and tighten the key.

3. The guide plate collides with the chain bucket to adjust the position of the guide plate.

4. The material is sandwiched between the guide plate and the chain bucket.

5. The bearing fails and cannot be operated flexibly. Bearings should be replaced.

6. Blocks or other foreign objects are stuck in the shell of the base.

7. The tooth profile of the sprocket (drive, driven sprocket) is incorrect. Correct the sprocket profile or replace the sprocket.

8. Gearbox sprocket and chain are missing teeth. Correct the tooth profile of the transmission sprocket.

9. The transmission chain is idling and the chain length is adjusted.

10. The cabinet was installed incorrectly, and the verticality of the entire length of the cabinet was adjusted.
