1. If the filtering wind speed exceeds the design standard of the filter bag, it is easy for small dust in the exhaust gas to get stuck in the fibers of the filter bag, leading to blockage of the filter bag;

2. For high viscosity dust, the air velocity of the filter should be reduced, or the pulse blowing pressure should be increased, or an offline pulse bag filter should be used to clean the filter bag. However, a better method is to increase the filter area to reduce the filtration speed and extend the service life of the filter bag;

3. The main reasons for poor cleaning of filter bags include: long cleaning time and long cleaning time. Excessive dust cleaning time can easily loosen the fiber structure of the filter bag and increase fine dust in the exhaust gas, thereby clogging the filter bag. Excessive dust cleaning time will wash away the initial powder layer on the surface of the filter bag and affect the dust removal efficiency.

To prevent the filter bag from getting damp, in cold places, compressed air used for dust removal can be used to increase insulation, increase temperature, remove oil and water. After closing the bag filter, the dust removal process will last for ten to twenty minutes;

5. Moisture is the main factor causing clogging of bag filters. The reason for the generation of moisture is usually due to condensation at low temperatures, especially when dealing with combustion or high-temperature flue gas. The following methods can be used to prevent this situation:

1) Avoid improper startup. It should be opened and dried in advance according to standard procedures.

2) Avoid starting the dust collector when the resistance is high. After closing, if there is condensation on the surface of the filter bag, please restart the machine. At this point, a large amount of dusty air will enter, and high humidity will make the surface of the filter bag turbid. To prevent this situation from happening, the dust air at the inlet of the dust collector should be preheated, or a dust layer should be pre coated.

3) Avoid starting below the dew point. When the bag filter operates below the dew point, problems are prone to occur. If the air inlet distribution is uneven, it is easy to cause local corrosion of the dust collector casing. Therefore, work below the condensation point should be avoided and insulation devices should be used in a timely manner.

4) Avoid air infiltration. Air infiltration often occurs in the flanges, inspection doors, or movable equipment of dust collectors. If the seal is not secure, external air will enter the dust collector. When dealing with high-temperature exhaust gas, a low-temperature area will be generated inside the dust collector, causing low-temperature condensation to corrode the dust collector and bring moisture to the filter bag.
