How to reduce the moisture content of the dust collector bag

The high moisture content of the dust collector bag is very harmful. If the following measures are taken, if the moisture content is still high after use, it is recommended to use an anti-condensation cloth bag or a cloth bag coated with PTFE, which can reduce the impact on the cloth bag. It is necessary to strengthen the daily maintenance and management of the dust collector bag, and solve the problem in time.

The specific measures to reduce the moisture content of the dust collector bag are as follows:

1. Reasonably control material moisture

The materials needed for production in some industries have high moisture content and high temperature, and a large amount of steam will be generated after entering the bag filter. Before entering, the raw materials, fuels and mixed materials should be dried to dry the moisture. Drying equipment can be installed to dry the mixed materials to reduce moisture. The materials are placed in a fixed stacking shed to prevent the materials from raining and increase the moisture content. It is also a measure to reduce material moisture.

2. Reduce air leakage from the bag body

The body part of the cloth bag leaks air, and the heat preservation effect is not good. Once external air penetrates into the bag filter, the temperature in the bag filter will decrease, and a temperature exchange phenomenon will occur. The leakage of cold air makes it close to the dew point temperature like dust and smoke, and the temperature is greatly reduced. Therefore, the bag will condense and produce a large amount of water vapor. The air leakage should be controlled below 3.5%. Don't ignore the impact of the bag filter because the air leakage is not serious. Deteriorating the operating conditions of the bag filter, correspondingly will cause the phenomenon of condensation of the bag filter.

3. Evenly distributed dust-laden smoke

Dust-containing flue gas should be evenly distributed in the cloth bag to prevent turbulence in the corners of the cloth bag to reduce the amount of gas passing through the filter, which will cause local low temperature and cause condensation problems. The temperature of dust-containing flue gas is higher than the dew point temperature.

4. Condensation occurs

If the temperature of the flue gas processed by the dust collector is close to or lower than the dew point temperature, condensation will occur, and there will be a large amount of water vapor on the surface of the bag filter. When dealing with this kind of dust and flue gas, try to take some measures to increase the flue gas temperature, so that the flue gas temperature is more than 30℃ higher than the dew point temperature, to ensure that the difference between the inlet and outlet temperatures of the bag filter is small, which is to reduce the water vapor of the bag filter. A measure.

The moisture content in the dust-containing flue gas is an important factor affecting the resistance of the dust collector bag. The increase of the relative humidity of the dust-containing flue gas will increase the resistance of the dust bag. The adhesion between the dust and the surface of the bag is affected by the relative humidity of the airflow. The dust adhesion layer with high moisture content is difficult to disperse, and the adhesion between dust particles and the fiber of the bag filter material changes with the relative humidity. As the dust concentration and relative humidity increase, the binding force between the dust and the bag will increase. The high moisture content in the dusty flue gas will cause bagging and compaction of the bag, which will affect the normal operation of the dust collector and the system, resulting in technical problems such as reduced dust removal efficiency, poor ventilation, and increased energy consumption.
