1. High-temperature coating: The anti-corrosion coating of the high-temperature flue gas dust removal system cannot be ignored. Due to the poor coating, it not only damages the appearance, but also accelerates corrosion and shortens the service life of the dust collector.

2. Isolation method: No matter how the airflow is arranged in the dust box of the dust collector, the airflow is inevitably blocked. Therefore, the isolation method is adopted in the planning, and the structure of the insulation layer is calculated on the basis of avoiding condensation.

3. The choice of high temperature resistant filter bag: There are many kinds of high temperature resistant filter bag, and it has a wide range of uses. If the exhaust gas contains a certain amount of moisture or easily condensable exhaust gas, you should use P84 and other non-hydrolysis, high temperature resistant filter cloth.

4. Filter bag opening method: When the pulse bag head dust removal device is used to treat high-temperature exhaust gas, it is necessary to prevent the opening of the filter bag from cooling and condensation. The temperature of the compressed air used for dust removal is relatively low, and the temperature of the flue gas to be purified is relatively high. When compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag by the blower, the compressed air is suddenly released, and the temperature around the bag mouth drops rapidly. Due to the temperature difference and pressure drop, the condensate is likely to form condensed water at the mouth of the high-temperature filter bag; if the compressed air is of poor quality and contains water and oil, the formation of condensation will be more serious.

5. Structure method: In order to prevent the high temperature flue gas from condensing after cooling, the internal structure of the dust removal equipment should minimize the gas blocking area. According to the installation, the dusty air enters from the lower part of the box, and the air outlet is on the upper part of the box, on the same side as the air inlet. At this time, the airflow stays at the lower part of the filter bag and the opposite side of the air outlet. Due to the heat dissipation and cooling of the box wall, it is easy to condense. In order to reduce the heat dissipation of the wall, a reinforced structure is designed next to the box as a special procedure. The environmentally friendly non-asbestos pad and sealing material used in the box should be materials that can withstand the set temperature.

6. The high temperature method before the flue gas enters the equipment. Since the flue gas temperature is as high as 550°C, the existing equipment cannot be used, and three cooling and preventive measures are taken when the flue gas enters the dust removal equipment.
