The compound screening machine has a wide adaptability. By replacing the screen and adjusting the air volume, it can screen seeds such as wheat, rice, corn, sorghum, beans, rapeseed, grass, green manure, etc. The machine has high requirements for use and maintenance, and even a slight negligence can affect the quality of selection. Below is a brief introduction to the use and maintenance of this machine.
1. The selected machine should be operated indoors, and the parking area should be flat and secure, with consideration given to convenient dust removal.
2. Before operation, check whether the connecting screws of each part are tightened, whether the transmission part rotates flexibly, whether there are any abnormal sounds, and whether the tension of the transmission belt is appropriate.
3. When changing varieties during operation, be sure to remove any remaining seed particles from the machine and keep it running for 5-10 minutes. Simultaneously switch the front and rear air volume adjustment handles multiple times to remove residual materials and impurities from the front, middle, and rear air chambers. After confirming that there are no seeds or impurities flowing out of several storage bins, the machine can be stopped. First, clean the seeds and impurities on the surface of the sieve to the sewage outlet, and then remove the seeds and impurities on the surface of the sieve before cleaning the lower sieve.
4. If working outdoors is limited by conditions, the machine should be parked in a sheltered area and placed in the downwind direction to reduce the impact of wind on the selection effect. When the wind speed exceeds level 3, consideration should be given to installing wind barriers.
5. Lubrication points should be refilled with oil before each operation, cleaned and inspected after the operation is completed, and any malfunctions should be promptly resolved.
