How to deal with sudden high temperature in dust removal equipment

Dust removal equipment is a device that separates dust from flue gas, called a dust collector or dust collector. The performance of a vacuum cleaner is based on the amount of gas processed, resistance loss, and dust removal efficiency. What should I do if the temperature of the dust removal equipment is too high during operation?

1. High temperature coating: The anti-corrosion coating of high-temperature flue gas dust removal system cannot be ignored. Due to poor coating, not only does it damage the appearance, but it also accelerates corrosion and shortens the service life of the dust collector.

2. Isolation method: Regardless of how the airflow is arranged in the ash box of the dust collector, there will inevitably be airflow obstruction. Therefore, isolation method is adopted in planning, and the structure of the insulation layer is calculated on the basis of avoiding condensation water.

3. Selection of high-temperature resistant filter bags: There are various types of high-temperature resistant filter bags with a wide range of applications. If the exhaust gas contains a certain amount of moisture or easily condensable waste gas, non hydrolytic and high-temperature resistant filter cloth such as P84 should be used.

4. Filter bag opening method: When using a pulse bag head dust removal device to treat high-temperature exhaust gas, it is necessary to prevent the opening of the filter bag from cooling and condensing. The compressed air used for dust removal has a lower temperature, while the temperature of the flue gas to be purified is higher. When compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag by the blower, the compressed air is suddenly released and the temperature around the bag mouth drops rapidly. Due to temperature differences and pressure drops, condensed water is prone to form at the opening of high-temperature filter bags; If the compressed air quality is poor and contains water and oil, the formation of condensation is more severe.

5. Structural method: To prevent condensation of high-temperature flue gas after cooling, the internal structure of the dust removal equipment should minimize the gas blocking area as much as possible. According to the installation, dusty air enters from the lower part of the box, and the air outlet is located at the upper part of the box, on the same side as the air inlet. At this time, the airflow is trapped at the bottom of the filter bag and opposite the air outlet, and due to the heat dissipation and cooling of the box wall, it is easy to condense. In order to reduce the heat dissipation of the wall, a reinforced structure was designed next to the box as a special program. The environmentally friendly asbestos free gasket and sealing material used in the box should be materials that can withstand the set temperature.

6. High temperature method before smoke enters the equipment. Due to the high flue gas temperature of 550 ℃, existing equipment cannot be used. Three cooling and preventive measures were taken when the flue gas entered the dust removal equipment.
