1. Site requirements

1.1 380V three-phase four wire main power supply must be equipped, and the neutral line must be connected, and the voltage fluctuation shall not exceed ± 10% of the rated value.

1.2 the room temperature is between -10 and +40 ℃. If the room temperature is lower than - 10 ℃, the frequency converter may be damaged and the motor may not start normally.

1.3 there should be no rain and snow in the plant, the ground should be flat, clean, free of phlegm, and the aisle should be unobstructed.

1.4 this equipment has no adverse effect on the environment, and no harmful gas or liquid is discharged.

2. Precautions for electrical safety

2.1 the ground wire at the mark should be well grounded when the machine is running.

2.2 before starting the machine, electricians must check the electrical conditions of all parts to ensure safety.

3. When the relative humidity of the environment is greater than 90%, production operations shall not be carried out.

4. Requirements for operators

1. Operation safety

5.1 before starting

① Operators who use the machine for the first time should carefully read this manual before starting the machine and pay attention to the safety signs everywhere.

② Check whether the fastening part is loose. If so, tighten it.

③ The working site should be flat and the rack should be adjusted to the horizontal position.

5.2 work

① If the machine breaks down, it should be shut down immediately for maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to eliminate faults during operation.

② In case of sudden power failure during operation, the power supply must be cut off in time to prevent the machine from starting suddenly after a sudden power call, resulting in accidents.

③ When the machine is running, do not remove the motor belt cover, vibration motor housing and other protective articles to prevent rotating parts from hurting people.

④ When the bucket elevator is running, it is strictly forbidden to stretch hands and other body parts into the feeding port and observation port.

⑤ When the fan is running, it is strictly forbidden to stand at the fan port.

5.3 after shutdown

① Turn off the main power supply to prevent accidents.

② If it is not used for a long time, it must be cleaned and placed in a dry environment.
