PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Pumpkin Seeds Shelling Machine is a unit ofefficient equipment for shelling pumpkin seedsremoving shells and separating kernels. lt consists oa screw conveyor, systematic sheller and vibratiorseparator assembly. The production process startswith the feeding of graded and soaked seeds into thdehuller, where the seeds are crushed by thhigh-speed rotating fan blades. And then the mixturof kernels, seeds and hulls separated by the firslayer of vibration sieve to different outlet, hullsremoving by the cyclone, and broken kernels removeto the outlet, the kernels and unshelled seeds whichare after the first time shelling fall into the secondlayer and continue to select, the finished kernels gto the outlet, unshelled seeds back to the dehuller torecycle dehulling by conveyor. The equipment can bused with the automatic production line, increasingthe production capacity and effectively reducing thproduction cost
