3. Frequently check the particle size composition of the sieved product. If the content of pulverized coal in the lump coal on the sieve is increased, check whether the sieve plate is clogged. If the sieve plate is found to be clogged, the blocked part should be removed. When the sieve is found, the pulverized coal is found. When the content of the middle coal is increased, the sieve plate should be inspected for damage and timely reported to the maintenance worker for maintenance.

4. During the operation of the sieve, it is strictly forbidden to enter the sieve box to take the food stuck on the sieve plate.

5. Do not clean the screen hole and handle the accident when driving. The universal joint is damaged, the sieve plate is loose, the hook and the wire rope are broken, etc., and must be stopped.

7. Check and maintain the parts and accessories of the sieve at any time. If the sieve plate is loose, it should be tightened in time.
