First, the grading screen universal joint

1. Universal joint shaft is lubricated with grease

2. When lubricating grease, use the same specification of lubricant. The nozzle should be clean before lubrication. Do not add too much pressure or a hard plug when lubricating. For universal joint shafts that have been stored for more than six months, refill the work site before use.

3. For the universal joint shaft, fill all the end caps until the grease seeps out from the seal cap or the drain pipe. Note that the grease and exhaust pipe must not be removed or replaced by standard grease nipples.

Second, the grading sieve failure

The abnormal noise generated by the screen machine is usually caused by the failure of the spring support system caused by loose parts, which may cause the screen machine to operate abnormally. It is usually necessary to stop immediately and perform on-site inspection.

Third, the exciter maintenance oil change

1, the first oil change should be working 100 hours

2. In the future, you should change the oil once every 1000 hours, or change the oil every 6 months. The two choose to reach the specified time first.

3. Weekly inspection Check the oil level of the vibrator, if necessary, according to the specified scale of the dipstick. Check the tightening of all bolts, including the clamping device.

4. Monthly inspection (1) Check the mounting bolts of the vibrator (2) the connecting bolt between the vibrator and the cardan shaft flange. (3) Screen plate fastening device; (4) Bolts on all screen machines; (5) Observe all the “Huck” rivets with looseness.

5. Check the V-belt of the drive every three months and replace or tighten it.

6. Use the oil gun every six months to: (1) the labyrinth of the vibrator bearing cap (2) the bearing housing of the connecting shaft

7. Detection of oil residue Since the vibration exciter is equipped with a magnetic oil drain plug, when checking the oil quality, it must be sampled through the oil sample point (red) on the vibrator cover.
