First, prepare before starting

1. Check the fixed connection bolts of all parts, and there must be no looseness;

Second, the operation steps

1. Start-up equipment: Start the grading screen with no load, set the start and run for 2 to 3 minutes, and then feed without any abnormal phenomena such as card, bump and rub.

2. Turn off the equipment: Before stopping the machine, the pre-equipment equipment must be shut down and the feeding should be stopped. After the grading screen continues to run for 2 to 3 minutes, no more material can be screened out to shut down the vibration motor.

Third, the operation notes

1. The grading screen must be started at no load, and overload operation is strictly prohibited.

2. During the operation of the equipment, if there is strong vibration, noise, excessive temperature rise of the bearing or other abnormal conditions, stop the inspection immediately, find the cause, and wait until the fault is removed before continuing production.

3. During the operation, if there is a power outage or other reasons, suddenly stop, before restarting, check and drain the accumulated material in the sieve, and then restart according to the correct operation sequence.

Fourth, maintenance, maintenance

1. Triangular transmission tape should always check whether the tension of the V-belt is appropriate; the V-belt should be replaced in time after wear.

2. The bag of the inlet and outlet ports should be checked frequently for damage. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in time.
