How to solve the abnormal noise of bucket elevator

A bucket elevator is a continuous conveyor that uses a series of hoppers that are evenly fixed on a circular traction member to vertically lift materials. 1. The bottom plate of the bucket elevator is in contact with the chain bucket, and the tensioning device of the base is adjusted to tighten the chain.

2. The keys of the drive shaft and driven shaft are loose, the sprocket is displaced, and the sprocket bucket collides with the housing. Adjust the position of the sprocket and tighten the key.

3. The guide plate collides with the chain bucket to adjust the position of the guide plate.

4. The material is sandwiched between the guide plate and the chain bucket.

5. Bearing failure, unable to operate flexibly. The bearings should be replaced.

6. Blocks or other foreign objects stick to the outer shell of the base.

7. The tooth profile of the sprocket (drive, driven sprocket) is incorrect. Correct the profile of the sprocket or replace the sprocket.

8. The gearbox sprocket and chain are missing teeth. Correct the tooth profile of the gearbox sprocket.

9. Drive chain idling, adjust chain length.

10. The cabinet installation is incorrect, and the verticality of the entire length of the cabinet has been adjusted.
