Pre-operation inspection of the vibrating screen: the equipment is hygienic, the connecting bolts of each part are complete, fastened, intact, the vibrator is intact, the spring is damaged, missing, broken, broken triangle, the screen plate of the screen box is damaged, the screen plate is blocked by debris The surface is flat, damaged, loose, check whether the crossbeam is open, whether the welding is open, whether the safety protection device is safe, the control box, communication and lighting are intact, the grounding protection is reliable, and the control button is flexible and reliable.

Start-up: After opening the classification screen, standing next to the control box, it is found that the start-up is abnormal, and immediately stops monitoring equipment. After normal start-up, check again whether each sifted nozzle is clogged or dropped, often observe the temperature and sound of the motor, often observe the sound of the vibrator, and often observe whether the vibration of the sieve is the same as the vibration. The amplitude of the four corners, and whether the triangle belt is loose or falling off, after closing, often observe the effects of dehydration and removal of the medium, check the filter inlet and outlet conditions are normal.

Shutdown: After unloading the materials on the screen, shut down the machine. When parking, observe whether the screen collides with other devices through the resonance point. If you find the following, please stop immediately. In the case of endangering personal safety or equipment safety, there are many debris in the screen area, uneven drilling, large-scale crushing of the screen, the chute below the screen is seriously blocked, and the screen box shakes violently.
