Working principle of pulse dust collector:

1. Pulse dust collector is an assembled type of sub chamber structure, which is a bag type dust collector (so-called offline dust removal). Through this bag type dust collector, the pulse valve on the top of the chamber alternately separates the air filter pulse and air in each room.

2. It is different from cleaning ordinary dust collectors. Pulse jet cleaning only sprays and cleans each row of filter bags one by one in the same filtering chamber (i.e. online cleaning), while other rows of filter bags are still filtered. Cleaning and filtering are mixed in one chamber at the same time. The dust generated during the cleaning process will fly up again, and some of it will be collected by adjacent filter bags, which is not conducive to the filtration of gases with high dust concentration.

3. The air box pulse bag filter is carried out under the condition that the indoor valve is closed and the filtration is stopped. The cleaned dust falls into the ash bag and does not produce secondary dust flying. This type of dust collector is a new type of pulse dust collector based on the improved bag filter, which combines the advantages of various pulse jet dust collectors in the secondary chamber blowback, overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient dust removal intensity and uneven distribution of air inlet and outlet in the secondary chamber, and expands the scope of application.

4. Pulse dust collector refers to a device where when dusty gas enters the dust collector from the inlet, it first encounters a rotating inclined plate and baffle between the inlet and outlet, and the airflow turns towards the ash hopper, slowing down the speed of the airflow. Due to inertia, coarse particles in the smoke and dust directly flow into the ash hopper. It plays a role before dust removal. Then, the airflow entering the ashtray folds upwards and passes through the filter bag with a metal frame. Dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter bag chamber and is collected. The exhaust port has been emptied. In the process of purifying dusty gases through filter bags, as time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bags, thereby increasing the resistance of the filter bags and gradually reducing the amount of air to be treated. In order to function properly, it is necessary to control the resistance within a certain range (140-170 mm water column). Once it exceeds the range, the filter bag must be cleaned. After cleaning the dust, the pulse control instrument will sequentially trigger each control valve to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the airbag is blown out by a blow pipe. Each hole is sprayed into each corresponding filter bag through a Venturi tube, and the filter bag immediately expands rapidly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off and restore its original state. The cleared dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the vehicle through the ash removal system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulsating to clean the ash, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the operation of the dust removal system.
