1, dust collector online cleaning

2, dust collector offline cleaning

Off-line cleaning requires the design of a dust collector in a multi-chamber combination for room-by-room cleaning. When it is desired to clean the filter chamber, the filter chamber is isolated from the main air flow and the filter chamber is isolated by a valve provided at the air inlet or outlet. This process is maintained for about 2 to 3 minutes. As a result, the total filtration area (or total filtration area) of the precipitator during each cleaning operation will reduce the filter cloth area of one chamber, and the reduction in total filtration area will also result in an effective filtration area (or net filtration). The reduction in area is clearly uneconomical, increasing investment in infrastructure and not meeting the wishes of the owners. In this regard, it is not as good as cleaning online. However, it is technically advantageous to clean the filter bag from the main gas stream:

(1) The high-pressure pulsed air passing through the filter bag does not have to be large to effectively clean the dust, and the required pressure is also low.

(2) The dust removed from the surface of the filter bag has enough time to fall into the hopper and is less likely to scatter again.

(3) Reduce the frequency of cleaning and extend the life of the filter bag.

(4) Configure a small number of pulse valves to reduce investment and maintenance workload.

(5) The amount of compressed air required for cleaning is small, saving energy.

(6) The cleaning efficiency is high, and the dust collector can maintain a low pressure drop. As a result, the operating cost of the dedusting system is reduced.
