The grading sieve works by utilizing the reciprocating rotational vibration generated by the vibrator. The weight of the vibrator rotating upwards causes the surface of the sieve to rotate and vibrate, while the weight rotating downwards causes the surface of the sieve to rotate and vibrate. Its screening trajectory is a complex spatial curve. The curve is projected as a circle on the horizontal plane and an ellipse on the vertical plane. By adjusting the excitation force of the up and down rotating hammer, the amplitude can be changed. By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower hammers, the curve shape of the sieve surface trajectory can be changed, and the motion trajectory of the material on the sieve surface can be altered.
Pre operation inspection of vibrating screen: equipment hygiene, complete and tight connection bolts of each part, intact vibrator, damaged, missing, broken springs, broken triangular belts, damaged screen plates of the screen box, screen plates blocked by debris, flat, damaged, loose screen surfaces. Check whether the crossbeam is open, whether the welding is open, whether the safety protection device is safe and reliable, whether the control box, communication and lighting are intact, whether the grounding protection is reliable, and whether the control buttons are flexible and reliable.
Start: After opening the grading screen, stand next to the control box and immediately stop monitoring the equipment if an abnormal start is detected. After normal startup, check again whether each screening nozzle is blocked or dropped, frequently observe the temperature and sound of the motor, frequently observe the sound of the vibrator, and frequently observe whether the vibration of the sieve is the same as the vibration. The amplitude of the four corners, as well as whether the triangular belt is loose or detached, should be checked regularly for the effects of dehydration and removal of media after closure, and the inlet and outlet conditions of the filter should be checked for normal operation.
Shutdown: After uninstalling the materials on the screen, turn off the machine. When parking, observe whether the screen collides with other devices through the resonance point. If any of the following situations are found, please stop immediately. In situations that endanger personal safety or equipment safety, there are many debris in the screen area, uneven perforation, large area breakage of the screen, severe blockage of the inclined groove below the screen, and violent shaking of the screen box. After troubleshooting, restart the grading screen.
The above is the standard operating procedure for grading screening. Thank you for your attention and support. I hope it can be helpful to everyone. See you next time!
