Correct installation steps for pulse dust collector

5 correct installation steps for pulse dust collectors:

1. Attention should be paid to preventing deformation during lifting. When the equipment leaves the factory, key components are welded with lifting lugs. Please use lifting lugs for hoisting.  

2. After installing the box, dust collection chamber, air inlet and outlet, ash hopper, etc., all joints should be sealed. If welding and sealing are required, airtight welding should be performed. If connected to fasteners, washers should be added. And tighten all fasteners. For local air leaks, please use silicone or epoxy resin to prevent rain. The sealing quality is an important factor affecting normal operation and service life, and the leakage rate must be less than 3%.  

3. When assembling the air circuit components, the main air pipes have already been manufactured separately in the factory. As long as it is assembled on site, control gas pipelines (connected to the lifting cylinder) such as blind plates and buckles should be installed on site. All pipelines need to be cleaned. If there are impurities, sealing materials should be filled at all joints and no air leakage should be allowed after pressure testing.  

4. The installation of bag cages and filter bags is a careful and meticulous task in all installations, so it should be carried out after installation. During installation, even small scratches on the filter bag must not collide with hard objects or scratches. It will greatly shorten the service life of the dust filter bag. The method of installing the filter bag is to first place the dust removal bag from the flower plate hole of the box into the bag chamber, then pinch the spring ring at the top of the bag opening into a concave shape, place it on the flower hole plate placed in the box, and then restore the spring ring. Press it tightly onto the circumference of the flower hole, then gently insert the bag cage from the mouth of the bag until the top cover of the bag cage is firmly pressed onto the flower plate hole on the box. To prevent the filter bag from being stepped on, a dust removal frame needs to be installed every time the filter bag is installed. Install filter bags, dust collection bag cages, and perforated plates.  

5. After installing the bag cage of the gas box pulse bag filter used for coal mills, a pressure plate must be installed to ensure that the grounding wire, bag cage, and flower plate on the filter bag are in close contact. The explosion-proof door on the pulse bag dust collector of the coal mill air box has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and there is no need to adjust it again during installation.
