After all the installation work of the dust collector (including heat preservation and anti-corrosion work) is completed, the dust bag is installed. First remove the blowing tube, and then install the filter bag. When handling and storing the filter bag, please pay attention to prevent the filter bag from contacting and colliding with the surrounding hard and sharp objects. It is forbidden to step on or press heavily to avoid damage.

1. When storing the dust bag, please keep it away from fire, moisture, direct sunlight and other strong light, and prevent heavy objects from being squeezed. Before installation, please check each filter bag to prevent mechanical damage.

2. The installer should dress neatly and the pockets of the clothes should be clean. Do not bring cigarettes, matches, lighters, keys, knives, etc., so as not to fall into the filter bag (if debris falls into the filter bag, it must be removed), and it is prohibited to install shoes with nails or hard soles. The personnel should be fixed, the position should be fixed, and the responsibilities should be clear. Everyone should make a record of the dust bag installed by themselves and sign the record book.

3. Installation environment requirements: there should be sufficient lighting at the installation site, and no equipment or sundries irrelevant to the installation should be stored on site.

4. When installing the dust bag, smoking is prohibited, welding and cutting in any form are strictly prohibited, and any part is strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to use a lighter, matches waiting for fire and lighting when the power is off. After completing the installation work every day, the installation tools must be counted to avoid losing and the filter bag in the filter bag is damaged.

5. Requirements for installing the dust bag: It is recommended to install it by two people. One person folds the cloth bag longitudinally and sends it into the hole of the flower plate, and the other person grasps and opens the rolling filter bag. The cage frame should be aligned with the center, put it gently, and keep it vertical during installation.

6. Dust bag installation inspection: After installing the filter bag, check whether the seam is sealed and whether the sealing position is correct. Check if it is perpendicular to the trash can. If you find that the bottom of the filter bag is touching or incorrect, please make a record and straighten it under the guidance of a dedicated person.

7. After installation, the flower board should be gradually covered with canvas to prevent debris from falling into the filter bag. When installing the blowpipe, please cover the flower plate with canvas to avoid damage to the filter bag mouth.

8. Pay special attention to the installation: the center of the five parts of the blowpipe hole, the venturi nozzle, the filter bag holder, the dust bag and the flower plate should be consistent, and the deviation should be less than 2mm.

To prevent damage to the dust collector bag, you should be extra careful at the beginning of installation. Tools with sharp edges, such as screwdrivers, cannot protrude from the tool bag, etc., cover or remove all things with quick openings. When installing the dust bag, do not stand or kneel on the filter bag to prevent feet or heavy objects from squeezing the installed dust bag. Before installing the dust bag, please avoid damaging the filter bag. All seams of the dust bag should face the same direction (return to the air inlet).

Usually, the dust removal frame and the dust removal cloth bag cooperate very closely. However, if the matching size of the two is too small, the size of the dust removal frame or dust bag should be checked, and the dust removal frame or bag with the wrong size should be scrapped (the discarded filter bag or filter bag cage should be returned to the manufacturer in time) to install the filter When bagging, if you use a bagging tool to protect the filter bag, you should squeeze the spring expansion ring of the filter bag by hand to minimize the contact surface and the hole of the flower plate. The spring expansion ring bayonet is only inserted into the hole of the flower plate, and then the dust bag is inserted. Note: After installing the bag cage on the flower plate, you must visually check whether the bottom bag is in contact with the steel plate of the surrounding box in the ash hopper to prevent operation The dust in the middle of the bag is broken.

A blow pipe will be installed above each dust bag, and each blow pipe is connected to the air distribution box through a steel joint. The other end of the blowpipe has an adjustable fixed end, which is connected to the support of the clean air room (upper box), and the blowout outlet of the blowpipe should be kept in the center of the filter bag.

Warning: The dust bag and bag cage should be placed indoors, and the inspection door should be closed after installation and cleaning. After installing the dust bag, no welding, cutting or grinding operations are allowed.
