1. When lifting the pulse dust collector, attention should be paid to preventing deformation. When the equipment leaves the factory, key components are welded with lifting lugs. Please use lifting lugs for hoisting.
2. After installing the pulse dust collection box, dust collection chamber, air inlet and outlet, ash hopper, etc., all connections should be airtight and airtight. If welding and sealing are required, airtight welding should be performed. If fasteners are used for connection, washers should be added and all fasteners tightened. For local air leaks, use silicone or epoxy resin to prevent rain. The sealing quality of pulse dust collectors is an important factor affecting their normal operation and lifespan. The dust collector requires an air leakage rate of less than 3%.
3. When assembling air circuit components, the main air duct has already been manufactured separately in the factory. As long as it is assembled on site, the control air pipe (connected to the lifting cylinder) should be installed on site, such as material cutting and snap fasteners. If there are impurities, sealing materials should be filled at all joints, and there should be no air leakage after pressure testing.
4. The installation of bag cages and filter bags is a careful and meticulous task in all installations, so it should be carried out after installation. During installation, even small scratches on the filter bag must not collide with hard objects or scratches. It will greatly shorten the service life of the dust filter bag. The method of installing the filter bag is to first place the dust removal bag from the flower plate hole of the box into the bag chamber, then pinch the spring ring at the top of the bag opening into a concave shape, place it on the flower hole plate placed in the box, and then restore the spring ring. Press it tightly onto the circumference of the flower hole, then gently insert the bag cage from the bag opening until the lid on the upper part of the bag cage is indeed pressed against the flower plate hole on the box. To prevent the filter bag from being stepped on, a dust removal frame, filter bag, dust collection bag cage, and perforated plate need to be installed every time the filter bag is installed.
5. After installing the bag cage of the air box pulse bag filter for coal mills, a pressure plate must be installed to ensure that the ground wire, bag cage, and flower plate on the filter bag are in close contact. The explosion-proof door on the pulse bag dust collector of the coal mill air box has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and there is no need to adjust it again during installation.
