Selection parameters and selection principle of small single-pulse bag filter


1) The main technical parameters of the small single-machine dust collector are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration and humidity. According to the process design, the air volume, gas temperature, and dust concentration* are numerically based on the values in the technical performance table. The corresponding dust collector model is the required dust collector model.


2) The air consumption in the table is the situation when the factory is supplying gas. If the air compressor is used alone, the air consumption in the table should be enlarged by 1.5 times.

The small single-machine dust collector mainly consists of the following components:


1. Box: including bag room, clean air chamber, perforated plate, cloth bag, bag skeleton, inspection door, and box design pressure resistance is 5000Pa.


2, the air system: including fans, fans with motors.


3. Injection system: including main air pipe, blow pipe, pulse valve and control instrument.


4. The ash discharge part of the intake air has two forms: one is the standard ash bucket type, and the other is the open flange type.

Equipment selection:


According to the amount of flue gas from the sand blasting machine, our company has selected a DMC-120 pulse bag type dust collector with stable operation and mature technology. The dust collector is a small single bag type dust collector, and the dust collection system adopts an external filter type. Background of the project:


According to the on-site investigation of the technicians of our company, the existing dust removal system of your company's sand blasting machine can not meet the dust removal requirements, affecting the normal sand blasting operation, and the ash return phenomenon occurs during the operation of the equipment, which affects the working environment of the workshop. The existing dust removal system is a simple exhaust system, and there are many unreasonable design problems, which cannot solve the dust problem well.

1. Analysis of dust properties:


The sandblasting machine dust in the sand blasting workshop is mainly the dust attached to the device. It is a normal temperature, non-corrosive dust, and does not contain water. Therefore, it is easy to clean dust in dust treatment. The polyester + PTFE coated filter material produced by Shanghai Borg Company is used, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, oxidation resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life.


2, cleaning system design:


Pulse injection can more effectively remove the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag, and the pulsed airflow has a large kinetic energy and complete cleaning. The pulse dust collector designed by our company adds a venturi tube to the skeleton mouth, which can induce natural air several times that of the compressed airflow to enter the filter bag, so that the bag wall obtains a high reverse acceleration, thereby completely clearing the dust. Electromagnetic pulse valves are a key component of the entire injection system and play a vital role in the long-term operation of the equipment. The DMF-Z-2 produced by Shanghai Bag (Shanghai Carbon Plant and American Gore joint venture brand) adopts high pressure (0.5-0.7Mpa) pulse injection technology, which has the characteristics of large ash kinetic energy and high cleaning efficiency.
